Enhanced Privacy Legislation

Privacy legislation is critical to maintaining the public trust and consumer confidence. Today's legislation does not do enough to ensure companies are taking the necessary steps to protect consumer data. Policies that prohibit the practice of deception to install software or obtain information need to be stopped.
