The Franklin Foundation regularly reviews the focus state and municipal legislatures place on innovation and education. If you are a parent, community leader, or educator and you feel your state is not doing its job ensuring the strength of America's innovation base, contact us, and we'll dig further and possibly work with local legislators to improve things. Together, we can have an impact!
