Scholarships

The Franklin Foundation provides scholarships that give access to opportunity by providing monies for college. Scholarship awards are given as prizes for annual science fair and technology showcases, as well as additional contests to be created in the near future.

 

Donations not slated for specific funds receive a percentage allocation as part of the annual budgeting process. Funding targets are based on this allocation.


Undergraduate Scholarships for students exiting high school as well as Freshman and Sophomore college students. Students participating must be enrolled in a scientific, technological, or math-based concentration. This is a supplemental, annual scholarship.

 

Graduate Scholarships for students entering a graduate degree program in the sciences, technologies, or advanced mathematics concentrations this includes medical students. This is a supplemental, annual scholarship.

 

The Franklin Award is awarded to an exemplary emerging young scientist who demonstrates, through a bi-annual awarding process, innovation in the tradition of Benjamin Franklin. Award winners have an invention, an idea, an innovation that will likely change the world, and is supplemental to America's continued dominance in global markets.

 

Educator's Scholarships are awarded to gradeschool educators (K through 12) who have chosen to continue their education in order to provide a higher quality of education to their students. This is a supplemental, annual scholarship.
