Dale Polekoff is the Chief Information Officer at Jacob Stern & Sons, Inc., a privately-held 150+ year-old agri-business corporation. Among other lines of business, Jacob Stern specializes in the distribution of green-chemistry products to diverse manufacturers in the United States.
Since 1983, Dale has performed technology duties in the finance, manufacturing, and distribution industries. Starting as a software developer Dale contributed across many demanding applications while making teamwork his hallmark style. Over the last decade with Jacob Stern, Dale has brought far-ranging transformation by bringing bold IT leadership with a healthy dose of change management. An innovation leader, Dale has led his company to develop and deploy smart phone applications that keep the firm technologically far ahead of its competition. Recently, Dale participated in and facilitated the company’s leadership in the development of long-term strategic business plans.
Dale has an entrepreneurial bent that has seen him launch several private ventures in the areas of educational software and pet food marketing / manufacturing. An avid traveler and former athlete, Dale tries to make the world a better place through humor.

Dale resides in Lansdale, PA with his wife and two children.
