Mr. Ray Krauss

Mr. Krauss is an experienced life sciences executive and entrepreneur.  He currently serves as CEO (co-founder) of a medical device start-up, VitalFusion Corp.  

Mr. Krauss has 30 years of experience in the medical device industry with expertise in business development, capital formation, product development and operations. He is the former CEO of GlucoLight Corporation (non-invasive glucose biosensor), COO of Summit Technology (laser refractive surgery) and also held executive positions with Johnson & Johnson.  He has collaborated with numerous entrepreneurs in the medical device field, primarily in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Massachusetts.

Mr. Krauss holds a BSEE from Lehigh University, MSEE & MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Son of a Yale professor, Mr. Krauss was taught the value of education at an early age, particularly in the fields of mathematics and science.  His outside interests include backpacking and golf.
